About the Role

As a founding engineer, you'll have an outsized impact on our product, architecture, and culture. You'll work directly with the founders to build AI-native tools that automate medical billing workflows, from claim scrubbing to payer communications.

What You'll Do

• Design and build full-stack features across our web platform
• Develop AI/ML pipelines for claim processing and policy analysis
• Integrate with EHRs, clearinghouses, and payer systems
• Shape technical decisions and engineering culture from day one

What We're Looking For

• Strong full-stack experience (we use TypeScript, Svelte, and Python)
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping
• Interest in healthcare, fintech, or complex domain problems
• Experience with LLMs and AI tooling is a plus
